I want you to remember, that you are never alone. You should speak up when you need guidance or are faced with a difficult situation. Approach any of our top management, or speak to your manager. I expect our leaders and managers to foster a culture where employees feel free to ask questions and raise concerns when something doesn’t seem right. I also want to assure you that the Company will not tolerate retaliation against any employee for raising a concern in good faith.
